SWEET POTATO FRIES

Sweet potato fries are a great way to jazz up your dinner menu. Sweet potatoes don't have to be just for Thanksgiving, they're a great side dish to many meals. We especially love them as a welcome addition to many of our fall dishes!

These sweet potatoes were just peeled like russets and sauted with sliced apples and onions until they were cooked and the onions were caramelized.
