Yesterday I made the yummiest (is that a word?) well if it isn’t, it is now because this Chocolate Raspberry bundt cake is the yummiest! Frosted with a thick fudge frosting, surrounded with fresh raspberries and topped with a light sprinkle of powdered sugar it is downright decadent!
It was so easy and will make an irresisitable Valentine's Day Dessert!

Combine in a bowl and beat for 2 minutes on medium speed:
-1 box Betty Crocker Gluten-Free Cake Mix
-¼C Raspberry Jello
-1C sour cream
-3 large eggs
-2t Vanilla extract
-1/2C Vegetable Oil
Spray bundt cake pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour in cake batter
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until cake springs back when gently pressed with your finger.
Let cake cool for 10 minutes then invert onto a plate to cool.
While the cake is cooling make raspberry Fudge Frosting
When cake has cooled pour warm frosting on top and let it run down the sides.
