Inside a small white brick building on Chicago’s North Side stands an 84 year old powerhouse, Nicole Bergere. Nicole and her team are busy making their marvelously aromatic cracker creations.
Nicole started her bakery 25 years ago and with the help of her friend Grace she soon landed her first big account- Neiman Marcus. The cracker company now produces a complete line of gluten-free crackers along with other crackers, breads, sweets and sauces for an international market and supplies some of Chicago's top hotels like the Four Seasons, Trump Towers and the Peninsula.
