Caramel Apple Cake
This Caramel Apple Cake is moist, dripping with caramel sauce and Gluten-Free!
Is it really spring or is Mother Nature fooling us again? I mean, it’s kind of like Mother Nature can’t decide what season it is. Sun. Rain. Snow. Hail. April has been an incredible mixture of all three. But today was a spectacular and perfect day.
Who doesn’t love caramel apples? Around our house they’re a favorite treat in the fall when apples are in season, in the summer when we go to the State Fair or pretty much anytime of the year because caramel and apples just seem to go together. So the girls and I decided to combine our two favorites, caramel and apples into this luscious Caramel Apple Cake.
