After 25 years of misdiagnosis and terrible stomach and digestive problems, I, along with three generations of my family, must live a gluten-free lifestyle.
Knowing how to cook healthy and nutritious Gluten-Free food is important to our physical and spiritual well-being. We must know and understand what is in our foods and what we're putting into our bodies.
Cooking, knowing what to cook and how to cook it is really important — especially now that we or some of our family members must eat Gluten-Free.
